AuKing Mining Secures AU$8 Million Credit Facility for Cloncurry Gold Project in Queensland

AuKing Mining (ASX:AKN) and Orion Resources obtained a three-year senior secured credit facility of AU$8 million from US-based Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II, LP to support the Cloncurry gold project in Queensland, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The facility is subject to certain conditions, including the project's due diligence. The Nebari term sheet supersedes and replaces the previous non-binding term sheet disclosed by AuKing on April 7, per the filing.
